We do not allow broker-owned or operated Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) to participate in our network, maintaining the integrity and impartiality of our appraisals. Our appraisals are considered valid for up to 120 days from the date of completion. Should an appraisal exceed this 120-day period, a re-certification of value will be required to affirm its current market value. Furthermore, appraisals that are older than 180 days will not be considered valid and, therefore, will not be accepted by Lead + Wholesale Mortgage. This policy ensures that our appraisals reflect the most current and accurate property values, providing confidence and clarity in the mortgage process for all parties involved.
